Group Lesson – Morning – Level Beginner – 4 to 15 Years Old

From 4 years old, in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00.

A space entirely designed to discover and acquire the right basics and techniques before hitting the slopes.

Here, the future champions will have access to a treadmill, the telecord and the most ideal track to start on.

Children do not need a ski pass for our beginners’ area.

Equipment is not included in the lesson price. No equipment hire on site

The children have a snack break, so please let us know if you have any allergies.

Possibility of adding the Meal option: your child will be picked up from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. and you will come back to pick them up from the place where you dropped them off in the morning.

Course dates

Group lessons at our Beginner Area are from Sunday to Saturday during the school holidays on the following dates:

Course timetable

Morning classes take place from 10:00 to 12:00.

Required level

Beginner or first experience.

Meeting place

Your child will be picked up for morning lessons from 09:45 in front of our Beginner Area located at the right side of departure of the Diablerets Express at the bottom of ski resort.

Material

The equipment necessary for the courses can be rented.
The prices presented here do not include equipment hire or ski pass.

* We ask you to come directly to our Beginner Area 15 – 20 minutes before the lesson, the instructor will give the participation card to your child.

Further information

From 1 to 4 days, the morning price is CHF 39.00.
From 5 consecutive half-days only, a degressive rate is applied.

The courses take place from 3 participants registered in a group of the same level. When the number of students is insufficient, ESS Les Diablerets reserves the right to cancel the lesson, or regroup levels, or reduce the duration to one hour for the same price.

Advice for parents

The smooth running of the course is being prepared. Adequate equipment and the child's enthusiasm will contribute to the success of the course.

  • Prepare your child for the ski school to enjoy it.
  • Dress your child warmly. Gloves, adapted equipment, ski goggles and sun cream.
  • Wearing a helmet is highly recommended.
  • Your child must have the participation card with the telephone number of one of the parents.
  • Be punctual for the beginning and end of the courses, Thank you!
  • Your child progresses at his own pace, he must have fun above all.
  • Trust our instructors and do not interfere in the lessons.
  • Inform us of any health problems your child may have.
  • Don't focus on the success of a level but on its progression.
  • Don't be disappointed if your child doesn't pass his or her level and doesn't get a medal. The important thing is that he had a nice holiday.
