Have you always wanted to learn to ski but never quite taken the first step? Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets offers a personalised programme to help you discover skiing and make rapid progress.
From 9 to 99 years old, it’s never too late to learn!
With your own ski instructor, you will learn the fundamentals of skiing, improve your balance and gradually develop the skills needed to control your turns.
Your goal: to ski down blue slopes with parallel skis after three days of lessons.
And if you don’t achieve this goal, we’ll offer you an additional lesson free of charge!

Our goal is to help you ski down blue slopes with parallel skis by the end of the programme.
Thanks to individual instruction, your ski instructor adapts the exercises to your progress and supports you every step of the way.
If you don’t achieve this goal, you will receive one additional lesson free of charge.

Enjoy fully personalised instruction with 12 hours of private ski lessons over 3 consecutive days, with 4 hours of lessons each day.
- Morning: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
- Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
This programme is exclusively for one person, ensuring individual attention and progress at your own pace.

Required level
Beginner level – No previous skiing experience required.
From 9 to 99 years old, discover skiing with confidence! This programme is specially designed for anyone wishing to learn the fundamentals of skiing and make rapid progress with a dedicated instructor.
Meeting place
Meet your ski instructor at the Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets meeting point, next to the Diablerets Express gondola departure station, near our Snow Garden beginner area, at the bottom of the ski slopes.
Material
To make the most of your lessons, please bring suitable ski equipment. Equipment can be rented from local sports shops.
Ski equipment rental and lift passes are not included in the lesson price.
No equipment rental is available directly at the meeting point.

Accompanied by your dedicated ski instructor, you will gradually discover the Meilleret ski area, improving your balance, technique and confidence.

📍 Meeting Point – Scex Rouge
Your meeting point with your ski instructor is at Scex Rouge, Glacier 3000, outside the upper cable car station, near the stairs leading to the shop.
🚠 How to Reach the Meeting Point – Cable Car Departure
To reach the meeting point at Scex Rouge, you must take the Glacier 3000 cable cars.
Departure station: Col du Pillon
From Col du Pillon, take two consecutive cable car sections:
- Col du Pillon → Cabane des Diablerets
- Cabane des Diablerets → Scex Rouge
Depending on the season and which lifts are operating, access may also be possible from Reusch.
Important: Please check which departure stations are open and the current cable car operating hours before travelling.
Important: Allow enough time for both cable car journeys and arrive at the Scex Rouge meeting point a few minutes before your lesson begins.
⚠️ Important Information – Weather and Operations
Glacier 3000 is a high-altitude ski area. Weather conditions, particularly strong winds, may cause temporary closures of the cable cars and other facilities.
We recommend checking the latest weather conditions and the operational status of the lifts on the official Glacier 3000 website before travelling.
If the facilities close due to weather conditions, Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets cannot be held responsible for the closure. Where possible, an alternative date will be offered, subject to availability.
We recommend booking your private lesson at least 48 hours in advance.

Learn, improve and enjoy new skiing adventures every weekend!
Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets offers group ski lessons for children and teenagers aged 4 to 14, on Saturdays and/or Sundays, outside school holiday periods.
From Beginner to Red Prince level, each child learns in a group suited to their abilities, guided by our professional ski instructors.
In a friendly and dynamic atmosphere, young skiers improve their technique, develop independence and build confidence while sharing the joy of skiing with other children.
Our goal is to help every child progress at their own pace, gain confidence and enjoy skiing even more!
📅 Dates and Times – Winter 2026/2027
Lessons are offered on Saturdays and/or Sundays, outside school holidays, during the following periods:
- 9 January – 7 February 2027
- 6 March – 27 March 2027
🕒 Lesson times: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Duration: 2 hours per session.
You can book a lesson on Saturday, Sunday or both days, depending on your availability.

🏅 Ages and Ski Levels
For children and teenagers aged 4 to 15.
Lessons are available for all levels, from Beginner to Red Prince.
Groups are organised according to age, skiing ability and level to encourage suitable progression.
Group size: up to 7–10 participants per group.
🐣 A Dedicated Area for Beginners
Children discovering skiing for the first time can enjoy our beginner area at the bottom of the ski slopes, designed for their first steps on skis.
No ski pass is required for beginners.
For children at Blue Prince level, no ski pass is required for the first lesson.

Every session gives children the opportunity to develop their skiing skills in a fun and active environment.
- Technique: improve balance, turning skills and ski control.
- Confidence: become more comfortable on slopes suited to their level.
- Independence: learn to ski with greater ease and autonomy.
- Friendship: share the joy of skiing with other young skiers.
🏔️ Ski Lift Pass
The ski pass is not included in the lesson price.
When required, ski passes must be purchased separately at the lift ticket offices or online through TVGD.
Exceptions: no ski pass is required for beginners or for the first Blue Prince lesson.
🎿 Ski Equipment
Each child must have suitable ski equipment for their age and skiing level.
Equipment rental is not included in the lesson price.
Please note: equipment rental is not available at the meeting point.

Minimum Number of Participants
Lessons take place with a minimum of 4 children registered per level.
If the minimum number is not reached, Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets reserves the right to combine suitable levels or cancel the lesson.

Improve your skills, take on new challenges and share your passion for skiing every Saturday!
Swiss Ski School Les Diablerets offers children and teenagers a regular ski training programme focused on improving technique and discovering slalom skiing.
Guided by our professional ski instructors, young skiers develop better ski control, precision and confidence in a friendly, sporty and motivating atmosphere.
Once the essential technical skills have been mastered, participants are gradually introduced to slalom.
A weekly opportunity to improve, enjoy skiing and make new friends!
